Arabella Charlotte Bowater, who died suddenly at Boston, Mass., United States, 14 October, 2005; was born in 1961,scion of the Bowater Baronets, of Friston (created 1939), the eldest daughter of Michael Ian Vansittart Bowater (b. 1934), by his wife Camilla Caroline, daughter of Air Commodore Whitney Willard Straight, CBE, MC, DFC, by his wife the former Lady Daphne Margarita Finch Hatton, daughter of the 14th Earl of Winchilsea & Nottingham. Arabella married in 1990, Carl W. Wend, Jr, son of Carl Wend, of White Plains, New York. Her funeral took place in Vermont.
