Baroness Fulton, widow of the life peer Baron Fulton died in December, 2004. She was the former Jacqueline Wilkinson, daughter of Kenneth Edward Towler Wilkinson, of York, and married Lord Fulton in 1939. He died in 1986. She leaves issue.
