The engagement was announced 8 October, 2005, between L. Max. B. Livingstone-Learmonth, scion of the BLG family of Livingstone-Learmonth formerly of Parkhall, son of Mr & Mrs George Livingstone-Learmonth, & Sarah P. Dudgeon, daughter of Mr & Mrs Peter Dudgeon.
