Annabel Smyth-Osbourne (nee Bond), wife of Michael Smyth-Osbourne, of the landed family of that name, gave birth to a daughter, Flora Ella, 26 July, 2006, a sister for Toby, Emily & Lara. The latter was b. 8 April, 2003,.Michael Smyth-Osbourne is a grandson maternally of Sir (Geoffrey) William Pennington-Ramsden, 7th Baronet, by his wife, the former Veronica Prudence Betty Morley, & is a kinsman of the Duchess of Beaufort, second wife of the 11th Duke.
