Melissa Anne Wyndham 1949-2015

_. Melissa Anne Wyndham, who has died from breast cancer, aged 66, was a scion of the Barons Egremont [Peerage of the UK, cr 1959] & Leconfield [Peerage cr 1859]. She was born 18 March, 1949, younger daughter of Capt Mark Hugh Wyndham, OBE, MC [1921-2008] by his first wife the former Anne Winn, scion of the Barons St Oswald. Miss Wyndham leaves a brother Henry [b 19 Aug 1953], chairman of Sothebys, and a sister the designer [Elizabeth] Jane Wyndham [b 17 Jan 1948], who m 1970, Lord Charles Spencer-Churchill, son of the 10th Duke of Marlborough, &c.
